Notes for quality
(1) surface rust, grease, burrs and welding burrs on bolt hole walls should be cleaned.
(2) after the contact friction surface is treated, it shall meet the requirements of the specified anti-sliding coefficient.The high-strength bolts used shall have matching nuts and washers, which shall be used in accordance with the matching and shall not be exchanged.
(3) no oil, dirt and other sundries are allowed to be stained when the friction surfaces of the treated components are installed.
(4) the friction surface of components shall be kept dry during installation and shall not be operated in rain.
(5) check and correct the deformation of the connected steel plate before installation.
(6) it is forbidden to hammer into bolts during installation to prevent damage to bolt screw.
(7) electric wrench tested regularly when in use to ensure the accuracy of torque and operate in the correct tightening sequence.
Main safety technical measures
(1) the size of the wrench should match the size of the nut.Work high in the air should use a dead wrench, such as the use of a live wrench when the rope tied firmly, people to fasten the safety belt.
(2) when assembling connection bolts of steel members, it is strictly forbidden to insert connection surface or probe screw hole by hand. When taking and placing the pad iron plate, fingers should be placed on both sides of the pad iron plate.
