Classification of hexagon bolts

1.Either plain or hinged, depending on the mode of force applied to the connection. Hinged bolts should be fitted to the size of the hole and used when subjected to transverse forces.

2.According to the shape of the head of hexagon head, round head, square head, countersunk head, and so on the general countersunk head used in the requirements of the connection after the surface is smooth and no protuberance, because countersunk head can be screwed into the parts.

In addition, in order to meet the need of locking after installation, there are holes in the head and in the rod. These holes can keep the bolts from loosening when they are subjected to vibration.
Some bolts without thread of polished rod to do fine, called slim waist bolts. This bolt is conducive to the connection by variable force.
There are special high strength bolts on the steel structure.
In addition, there are special USES: t-slot bolts, most often used in the jig, special shape, both sides of the head should be cut off.
Still have the special stud that welding USES, one end has thread one end not, can weld on the part, screw nut directly on the other side.

Hexagon bolts, i.e. hexagon head bolts (partially threaded) – class C and hexagon head bolts (fully threaded) – class C.Also known as hexagon head bolt (coarse) hair hexagon head bolt, black iron screw.
Common standards are as follows: SH3404, HG20613, HG20634, etc.
Hexagon bolt: a type of fastener consisting of a head and a screw (cylindrical body with external thread), which needs to be matched with a nut for fastening and connecting two parts with a through hole.
This type of connection is called bolt connection. If the nut is unscrewed from the bolt, the two parts can be separated, so the bolt connection is a removable connection.
